The Observatório do Ciberjornalismo (ObCiber), at the University of Porto, Portugal, is now welcoming submissions for its 5th International Conference on Online Journalism, to be held at University of Porto, from 24-25 November, 2016. The main theme for conference is Online Journalists 3.0.
Abstracts – either in Portuguese, Spanish, French or English – should have 500 words and include the topic and its relevance, the hypothesis or main argument, conceptual and methodological framework, expected results and up to 5 keywords.
The proposals must be submitted using the Easychair platform. In case of doubts, the authors can contact the conference organization by email: obciber@gmail.com.
Papers can be presented at the conference in Portuguese, Spanish, French or English, but the slides must be in English.
Deadlines:
The deadline for the submission of abstracts is July 15, 2016. Authors will be informed whether or not your abstract is accepted by September 15, 2016.
The deadline for the submission of full papers is October 31, 2016. All the papers will be published in the online book of conference proceedings.
